This is a job share - PT Reception/Administration role, working Wednesday afternoon - 11.45-5pm, Thursday and Friday (full days) 8.30-5pm

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
- Front-of-house - meeting and greeting visitors, taking calls
- Booking and coordinating meeting rooms, arranging refreshments and booking catering for lunches
- Booking couriers
- Processing invoices and inputting purchase orders for office supplies and catering supplies
- Ordering office supplies
- Processing credit card statements and expense claims
- Ordering PPE and branded clothing
- Administration of the train ticket and hotel room booking system
- Sorting incoming and outgoing mail
ABOUT YOU
- Previous Reception & Administration experience is essential
- Warm, friendly and welcoming personality
- Able to work full time to cover holidays for the job share
