Your new role
As this is a predominantly a receptionist position, it should come as no surprise that this role is fully office based. Operating three days a week - Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, 8am -2pm.
Your duties will include: covering the reception desk - telephone answering, meeting and greeting, dealing with post, as well as general administrative duties using MS Office suite and catering/meeting room duties.
What you'll need to succeed
It is imperative that you hold strong IT skills for this position; knowing your way around a PC/Laptop and being very comfortable using CRM and MS Office. You'll also be available to start work on the 9th April.
