Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous Administrative Assistant to join our team in providing efficient and effective administrative support. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various office tasks and possess excellent organisational skills.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Computerise documents and maintain digital records
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning
- Utilise QuickBooks for financial record-keeping
- Demonstrate exceptional organisational skills in managing office tasks
- Exhibit professional phone etiquette when communicating with clients and colleagues
- Type correspondence, reports, and other documents promptly
- Utilise Google Suite for various office functions
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations

Experience:
- Proven experience in an administrative role is advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in using Google Suite for office tasks
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently
- Competent in various clerical duties
