We are currently looking for an Assistant Contracts Manager to join a team working in London. This opportunity has arisen because of a company is expanding.
About the role of Assistant Contracts Manager
The role will be working alongside Engineers and Contrats Managers. You will be responsible for the leadership and management of Building Engineering Services and operations within a defined area and/or portfolio of contracts.
Responsibilities for the Assistant Contracts Manager
- Responsible for the successful and profitable contract delivery of £2-4m of income within defined geographical area.
- Be motivating and develop a team of Engineers, ensuring that all people management processes are adhered to
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety legislation associated with the contracts within your span of control and company policy.
- Analyses KPI and SLA performance
- Responsible for employee development, succession planning
- Create and distribute of information reports
- Accountable for the tactical management /delivery of the scheduling process within their defined span of control.
- Driving business growth
- Will be required to step up for and cover for Contract Manager on occasions.
- Manage Operational issues, escalations, and resolutions with and between all stakeholders, will be required to be part of the management on call escalation.
Requirements for Assistant Contracts Manager
- Any Level or NVQ qulfication in a field of engineering
What we offer for the Assistant Contracts Manager
- A salary of £50,000 - £55,000 subject to experience
- Commitment from the business to put in place development career plans.
- 25 days AL
- People's Pension Scheme (EE 5%, ER 3%)
