ADMISSIONS AND DATA OFFICER

• 25 hours a week, part time, permanent
• Monday Friday 8:30am 1.30pm or by agreement
• Term Time plus 5 Inset Days plus 5 days to be worked during the school holidays
• Scale 3 Point 5-6
• GBP25,263 - GBP25,685
• Actual Salary: GBP15,255 - GBP15,510 per annum

This role would suit someone with a background in data entry and administration.

This key role will be predominantly handling the Admissions process within the school and is responsible for the data quality of our student information. You will be ensuring that all our student details are up to date and accurate by data collection, checking and validation.

You will need to liaise with parents, students and staff alike.

Excellent IT skills particularly Microsoft Excel and the ability to produce highly accurate data reports are crucial.

You will have administrative experience, excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage priorities, often within tight timescales and under pressure.
