The opportunity University of the Arts London is seeking to appoint an Admissions Officer to play a crucial role in facilitating the admissions process for a diverse portfolio of courses, spanning Further Education, Higher Education, and Postgraduate levels. As a pivotal member of our Admissions Service, you will ensure a connected and seamless approach for prospective students throughout their applicant journey, providing essential information and support and ensuring that academic decision makers are supported throughout the recruitment and admissions process. This position is based at High Holborn, but you may be required to work across the Service at different sites or work from home. About you Educated to A Level (or equivalent), you will bring substantial admissions administrative experience within a higher education setting, making use of databases and Microsoft Office applications. You are highly organised and a skilled problem solver, with plenty of initiative and creativity with an eye for detail. Crucially, you are a naturally collaborative, supportive and customer-focused individual, with strong communication skills both in person and in writing.
