We at Ribbons & Reeves are working with a great school in Hounslow who are looking to hire a new School Admissions Officer to add to their front of office team.
As the new School Admissions Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the school enrolment procedures are carried in strict accordance with school policies as well as being directly responsible for the entire admission process. You will be an excellent communicator as you shall be working closely with other departments and reporting to the Headteachers.
School Admissions Officer Job Summary:
- Salary: £30,000-£35,000.
- Coordinate School tours/visits – liaising with parents and other visitors.
- Develop varying local channels of school marketing to meet school roll target.
- Maintain accurate records of parent/student details and new prospective student intake within the school computerised management system.
- Carry out administrative tasks relating to admissions according to School’s admission process.
School Admissions Officer Job Summary:
- Degree from a UK University.
- Minimum 2 Years Experience working in School Admissions.
- Any Marketing/Sales Experience is Desirable.
- Proficient with in house School Systems e.g. SIMS
