Job Title: Adult Novelty International Sales Representative We are seeking a dynamic, energetic and driven Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth in domestic and international markets. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills: Sales skills: Demonstrated ability to build relationships with clients, understand their needs, and most importantly - close deals. Presentation skills: Engaging and educational product demonstration skills to prospective customers is essential. Communication skills: Strong communication skills are essential for this role. You must be able to communicate effectively with clients, understand their cultural differences and use language appropriately. Cultural awareness: Demonstrated ability to navigate cultural differences and understand how they can affect the sales process. Problem-solving skills: Ability to think creatively and find solutions to problems. Time management skills: Ability to manage time effectively while working with clients in different time zones. Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability are key skills for this role. You must be able to adjust to different environments and situations quickly and easily. Negotiation skills: Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively with clients from different cultures and backgrounds. Global travel: Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis.
