Locum Adult Social Care Lawyer
Sellick Partnership are working on behalf of a well respected and friendly Local Authority client to recruit to the position of Locum Adult Social Care Lawyer.
You will manage a varied caseload including:
- Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards challenges
- s16 applications in the Court of Protection
- General Mental Capacity Act advice
- Ordinary Residence disputes
- Care Act duties
- Mental Health Act matters
This role can be conducted largely on a remote basis however you will be required to attend court if and when required.
Initially for 3 months, the client is hoping to extend for a further 12 months.
Previous local authority experience is desirable however, applicants with relevant experience gained from the private sector are also encouraged to apply.
Full and part time hours will be considered.
