Form of workI am working with a local authority in the North West of England who are looking for an Adult Social Care solicitor to join their friendly team.
The successful solicitor will be required to have knowledge and experience of Adult Social Care, including Court of Protection proceedings and all relevant legislation, and be able to work primarily without supervision from senior staff. Taking responsibility for allocated cases from instruction through to completion, and supervision of the work of junior members of the team is essential. The successful candidate will also have to maintain awareness and knowledge of developments in law and government guidance that could impact upon the Council’s work.
