Eden Brown are looking to recruit enthusiastic Qualified Adult Social workers in Birmingham.
This is a full time, locum role to start ASAP. Monday to Friday- Agile working. Working within the Constituency Team.
Paying between £25 - £32 depending on experience, newly qualified Social Workers can be considered for this position.
You will be expected to:
- Deliver an enhanced customer experience that promotes well being to local people in their local communities.
- Enable people to live independently for longer by supporting people to retain or regain their skills and confidence and prevent the need or delays in deterioration wherever possible.
- Have knowledge and understanding of relevant legislative and regulatory framework and Government .
- Have knowledge of the principles and responsibility of information sharing and data protection in line with legislation.
- Be responsible for the overall management of a service area, including practice, standards, quality and performance.
- Undertake specific duties and responsibilities determined by the line manager and senior managers to enable the team to achieve its goals and objectives.
You must have a Degree in Social Work and be SWE Registered.
You must also have an enhanced DBS check - if required, Eden Brown can apply for a new one on your behalf.
Adult social work experience is advantageous however newly qualified Social Workers with placement experience are being considered for this role.
