SalaryPertemps are recruiting for a qualified and experienced Adults Social Worker.
The successful candidate will:
- Complete needs assessments
- Support planning skills to Commission support and care.
- Have knowledge of care Act
- Have knowledge of safeguarding legislation
- Have knowledge of Mental Capacity Act.
- Possess risk management skills.
- Attend and chair a regular range of meetings when needed.
- Be able to manage a varied case load.
- Be able to work from home remotely and be a car user to travel in and around East Locality Area.
The successful candidate must have at least one years’ experience, have completed their ASYE and be registered with the SWE.
