Job Description :
you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based Mental Health interventions to individuals in our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments and formulation of holistic care plans.
- Providing therapeutic interventions and evidence-based treatments to individuals experiencing Mental Health challenges.
- Collaborating with service users, carers, and other professionals to promote recovery and well-being.
- Utilizing innovative approaches and technologies to enhance Mental Health care delivery.
- Advocating for the rights and needs of individuals experiencing Mental Health challenges.
Requirements:
- Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
- Experience working within Mental Health services, preferably in a community setting.
- Advanced knowledge of Mental Health legislation, policies, and interventions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.
