About this opportunity
We are a small but friendly and supportive team based on the edge of the Lake District, covering Penrith, Kendal and surrounding areas. We are inviting applications for the post of Community Approved Mental Health Professional. The successful applicant will be working with a diverse range of clients with Mental Health issues. Alongside Community AMPH work, you will hold a complex and varied case load and will be undertaking Care Act Assessments, developing and reviewing Care Plans and coordinating services to ensure that appropriate support and resources are in place for the individuals needs.
