Salary - £50,952 - £57,349 per annum + 27 days annual leave + BH + NHS pension plus 5% fringe allowance (capped at £2,011pa)

Your role -
* Advanced Nurse Practitioner post - 37.5 hours a week
* Primary Care experience - REQUIREMEMT
* Manage undifferentiated undiagnosed condition
* Must have the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
* Duty clinician
* See children and adults
* Utilise your prescribing qualification
* Mixture of face-to-face, telephone appointments, e-consult
* Oversee the acute, urgent on the day appointments
* Managing minor illness and injury
