Our client is currently looking for a Programme Support Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

- Salary of £29,000 - £31,000 per annum

The Role
As a Programme Support Manager, you will support both volunteers and young people on our client’s activity Programme.
In this dual role combining Programme Support with volunteer management, you will provide a support function at activity days and camps and will be involved in direct one-to-one activities with young people.
You will also work alongside the Volunteering Lead to recruit, manage and support our client’s volunteers, to ensure they are enabled to deliver positive experiences and outcomes for the young people they work with.
As part of your role, you will be required to work some evenings and weekends as well as attending a handful of residential trips.
About You
To be considered as a Programme Support Manager, you will need:
- Experience of working with young people aged 11-14, preferably in a residential environment
- Experience of working with volunteers in the third sector, including recruiting, supporting and managing volunteers
- Experience of delivering training and strong facilitation skills
- Experience of working in partnership with other professional organisations
- Knowledge of volunteering issues and legal requirements
- Excellent administrative skills
- A full, valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Please note, a satisfactory Enhanced DBS Disclosure with Children’s Barred List will be required for this post.
