Job Summary

We are currently partnered with an extremely well-known online retail brand who are the UK's largest and fasting growing in their market, and they are looking for an Affiliates Manager to join their digital team. Working as part of this specialist team you'll develop and deliver new customer acquisition strategies across affiliate partnership activations.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership and development of the affiliate channel, leading optimisation, managing large budgets and closely monitoring performance
• Work closely with the Performance Lead and Digital Marketing team establish strategic priorities, achieve KPI's and ensure monthly and quarterly targets are exceeded
• Own and develop relationships with key publishers and affiliate network, acting as key contact day to day
• Coordinate and book quarterly exposure plans across all publishers to secure presence for the brand
• Work with your team to continually recruit and activate new publishers and technologies to support growth targets, future proof and diversify the channel
• Maintain a good profile within the Affiliate industry, keeping up to date on industry trends and best practices

Skills & Experience

• In-depth digital marketing expertise with an excellent understanding of the UK publisher landscape
• Strong experience in stakeholder management, external affiliate networks and managing multi-million pound budgets
• Excellent understanding of affiliate tracking methodologies, strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
• Target and data-driven with the ability to report and make commercial decisions based on marketing KPI's

Salary & Benefits

• Up to £55,000 plus annual bonus
