After Sales Customer Support
£23,000 - £30,000 per annum DOE
Commission: Annual bonus scheme and quarterly bonus scheme
Working hours:
Shift pattern between a late and early shift -
Late: 10:30 am - 7pm which would be worked from home
Early: 9 am - 5:30 pm
I am currently representing a well-known and highly respected travel company who are looking for After Sales customer support individuals who will ideally come with a background in travel.
Key duties:
- Handle a wide range of customer queries and changes/amendments to booking ensuring an outstanding customer service experience
- Working with hotels and airlines to support customers looking to change their holidays
- Deliver post-booking information for clients across all travel destinations
- Provide in-resort support for customers, liaising with suppliers to ensure the holiday is up to clients standards
- Remain calm at all times in handling emergencies such as natural disasters/airline strikes, informing and supporting customers
- Cross-check clients bookings to ensure there are no issues ahead of their trip
- Assist in upgrades and add-on requests
Experience:
- A travel background would be desirable but is not essential
- Strong administration background
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
