Do you have previous aftersales experience?Job Title: After Sales Support ExecutiveLocation: Close to Haverhill, Suffolk (Transport essential)Hours: Monday - Friday (40 hours per week) 8am - 5pmSalary: Up to £30,000p.a.Contract Type: Full time, permanentSector: SalesOur client based close to Haverhill, Suffolk is seeking a After Sales Support Executive to join their business and become an integral part of the team.As After Sales Support Executive your duties will include: * Processing orders and raising credit notes * Producing reports * Maintaining databases * Building relationships with clients * Providing support to the Sales team * Out of hours support at weekends (Rota based) * Reporting issues to Engineering department as required * Occasional travel UK & international for exhibitions / meetings.An ideal candidate for the After Sales Support Executive will have: * Previous aftersales experience * IT literacy * Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
