Reed are delighted to working with our well-established client in Woodbridge, who are seeking a Sales Administrator to join their growing team. With a salary of up to £34,000 on offer, the successful candidate will ideally have a technical or engineering background, and possess experience in a Sales or Sales Administration role.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Field incoming customer queries to analyse their customer technical requirements.
- Use in-house software to create sales proposals and quotations.
- Obtain quotes for key components from suppliers.
- Manage purchase orders.
- Liaise closely with other departments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Technical/engineering background is beneficial, but not essential.
- Able to quickly develop knowledge of technical aspect of the role.
- Proficient in proposal and quote preparation.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
