Sales Administrator

Reed are delighted to working with our well-established client in Woodbridge, who are seeking a Sales Administrator to join their growing team. With a salary of up to £34,000 on offer, the successful candidate will ideally have a technical or engineering background, and possess experience in a Sales or Sales Administration role.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Field incoming customer queries to analyse their customer technical requirements.
• Use in-house software to create sales proposals and quotations.
• Obtain quotes for key components from suppliers.
• Manage purchase orders.
• Liaise closely with other departments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Technical/engineering background is beneficial, but not essential.
• Able to quickly develop knowledge of technical aspect of the role.
• Proficient in proposal and quote preparation.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
