Key responsibilities
- Handling inbound calls from customers placing orders
- Efficiently processing orders
- Handling enquiries and ensuring prompt and accurate responses whenever possible
- Ensuring you maximise all sales opportunities
- Demonstrating thorough product knowledge and understanding individual customer needs to exceed their expectations
- Previous experience in a call centre or sales environment is advantageous
- Strong organisational and self-motivational skills
- Ability to work independently with initiative and without constant supervision
- Ability to work on own initiative without supervision
- Excellent customer service skills
- Willingness to address all guest needs with a positive attitude
