Active Recruiters are pleased to be recruiting for our award winning client based in Southampton, they are seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to join the team during this period of growth
My client is seeking a self motivated and reliable individual who has strong communication and administration skills as well as a drive to develop and drive the business forward
Ideally you will have technical experience
Duties include but not limited to:
- Prepare quotations and invoices for all services
- Deal with any queries effectively
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure continuous improvement across the business following on from client feedback
- Planning works to be carried out, allocating job times and create quotes in line with this
- Log and maintain all orders and works carried out
- Support with the after sale process including warranties
- Work closely with third parties to ensure smooth delivery of goods and parts
- Manage all incoming calls and emails
Ideally you will:
- Be proactive in your approach
- Have experience in a similar role, client management and/or after sales
- Have strong technical knowledge
- Be proficient with Microsoft Excel
