Job Description

An opportunity has arisen with my valued client in the Crawley Area for an experienced Aftersales Manager to head up the service side of this successful, and well-established Main Dealer site. You will have the benefit of going into a business that has been successfully run, with a dedicated team in position to support you going forward. All the usual benefits come with this role to ensure you have the complete package you would expect. Responsibilities

• Oversee and grow team performance across the service side of the business
• Work to KPI’s in relation to the department and budgets
• Be responsible for the Parts and Service side of the operation
• Ensure manufacturer, and dealership standards are met in relation to customer service and satisfaction

Qualifications

• Experience in the role of running a busy aftersales department
• Proven track record of supporting, and mentoring aftersales team members
• Ability to oversee parts and service department duties
• A stable work history

Salary and Benefits

• Competitive basic salary DOE
• Profit share bonus scheme
• 8-530 Monday to Friday
