Agency Care Worker

Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Workers to join our team. As a Care Worker, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Assist with meal planning and preparation
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry and tidying up
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client care

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in caregiving or related field is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Reliable transportation to travel to client's homes
- Ability to pass a background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £12.00-£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 48 per week
