We are recruiting for Experienced Support Workers in supporting living and residential homes, supporting a range of individuals who have needs such as autism, learning and physical disabilities, mental health, epilepsy, emotional behaviours, homelessness, drug and alcohol rehabilitation.

Roles and Responsibilities to you as a Support Worker:
- Previous experience supporting individuals with minimal learning/physical disabilities.
- Knowledge and understanding to work with service users who suffer with mental health.
- Assisting with personal care, domestic duties, accessing the community, maintaining confidentiality and administer medication.
Person Specification for you as the Support Worker:
- Minimum of 6 months experience
- Full UK driving license advantageous
- Flexibility to work shift patterns
- Good verbal and written communication
- IT literate
