Business Analyst - Agile - Ed-TechRate: Up to £500 PD (INSIDE IR 35) - 6 month contract - Remote WorkingCompany:Our client, a multi-million pound global corporation is currently hiring an Agile Business Analyst who has strong product knowledge, preferably working within the Ed-Tech / Public sector to join a large agile development team. The chosen Business Analyst will play a crucial role in interpreting performance of the platform and architecture, and in collaborating with the Product Architect / Product Owner to align technical development with business objectives.This is a 6-month contract, fully remote, paying up to £500 PD to start ASAP.Job responsibilities:Identify areas of complexity, inefficiency and misalignment with business objectives.Translate technical information into accessible language for non-technical stakeholders.Analyse current user behaviour to establish the effectiveness of current functionality, to identify product enhancements and to test the effectiveness of prototypesWork closely with the Product Architect and Product Owner to understand architectural and business constraints and opportunities.Facilitate discussions between technical and non-technical stakeholders to foster a shared understanding.Assist in developing a vision for the future state of the product that aligns with business objectives.Contribute to the development and refinement of the product strategy to achieve the desired future state.Input into the road-map and backlog to ensure alignment between strategy, architecture, and business objectives.Use data analysis to extract actionable insights and inform strategic decision-making through the interpretation of complex data sets.Ensure agile and lean practices are followed in analysing, documenting, and managing requirements and customer needs.Key Skill Set:Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst.Expert user of Power BI and Google AnalyticsProven experience in product or start up environments, Ed-Tech sector experience is a plus.Experience in agile methodologies is essential; experience in a start up environment is a plus.Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information into accessible language.Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders.Rate: Up to £500 PD (INSIDE IR 35) - 6 month contract - Remote WorkingPlease respond to this advert with an up-to-date version of your CV, and the leading consultant will be in touch.Business Analyst - Agile - Ed-Tech
