Role: Agile Business Analyst
Location: Glasgow
Type of role: Contract
Length of Role: Initially six months. Potential to be extended
Rate: Up to £500 per day PAYE.
Hybrid model. Number of days in the office to be discussed at interview
Description: Seeking a skilled Agile Business Analyst to join scrum our value stream, focusing on improving and / or automating processes that span multiple departments.
This role requires an individual who has an experienced background in HR process improvement, combines a strong character with the ability to understand and translate team needs into clear, actionable tasks, using Agile practices to ensure smooth project progress.
Required Skills:

• Have an experienced background in HR process improvement, specifically in employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Be able to demonstrate ability to foster consensus among diverse teams. This position necessitates strong skills in gathering comprehensive business requirements and translating them into user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Able to demonstrate the use of Azure DevOps to manage and organise work items, including Epics, Features, User Stories, and Tasks, contributing to effective and efficient project management.
• Experience in process automation would be highly advantageous.
