Agile Delivery Lead

Candour are partnered with a global leader in insurance, as they undertake a huge technology transformation project across their entire estate.

We're looking for an Agile Delivery Lead with experience working on enterprise-scale IT services projects, who can provide vision for agile practices across the entire IT services division. You will have responsibility for activities of squads across the division, working with infrastructure and end-user compute teams. You will own the delivery of agile processes, continuously improving the company's agile way of working. This role is hybrid, working out of their central London office.

You will need:

• Minimum three years working as an Agile Delivery Lead/ Delivery Manager/ Scrum Master
• Extensive knowledge of agile practices (Scrum/ Lean/ Kanban)
• Proven background in delivering change in a commercial environment

Nice to have:

• Insurance/ large company background
• Experience working with platform or infrastructure teams
