Our Public sector client requires an Agile expert to lead their cross-functional team and work with product managers and technical leads to define the roadmap.
To be considered you must have the following experience:
- Experience in a senior-level Agile role (Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Agile Delivery manager, Agile team lead)
- Strong IT background.
- Hands-on application of different agile and lean approaches.
- Capable of determining the correct framework approach depending on the context.
- Experience with agile products and software development approaches.
- Strong stakeholder management and engagement.
- Familiarity with agile team metrics.
This role is mostly remote, but you may be required to attend occasional meetings in the company's Edinburgh or Glasgow office. 6-month contract and a competitive day-rate (outside ir35).
