Agile Programme Manager London / WFH to £75k
Are you an ambitious Programme or Project Manager looking for an opportunity to progress your career?
You could be progressing your career at one of the country’s leading PropTech companies that have revolutionised the way we find property for rent and sale and working on apps that are used by millions on a daily basis.
As an Agile Programme Manager you’ll assist with a three year programme of change, upgrading infrastructure, rolling out new tooling and capabilities, expanding areas of the business and exploring Greenfield opportunities. You’ll support cross functional, product aligned Agile teams, collaborating with both technical and business teams across the organisation.
Responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with in-house software and product development teams to plan, execute and deliver programmes of work using Agile methodologies
- Leading Change Management activities including impact assessment, effective communication, training and support
- Stakeholder engagement and management
- Risk Management, developing risk mitigation plan and pro-actively addressing challenges / blockers
- Establish delivery metrics, evaluating these and reporting on progress
- Driving a culture of continuous improvement, communication and collaboration
Location / WFH:
You’ll join colleagues in the Central London office for two days a week with flexibility to work from home the other three days.
Requirements:
- You have experience in a Programme or Project management role
- You have experience of working in a digital / eCommerce / high volume website environment
- You have a strong knowledge of Agile methodologies
- You have experience of leading Change Management (both technical and business)
- You have excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Your results / delivery focussed with strong organisation, project planning, resourcing and budgeting abilities
