Working for a global Facilities Management company which provides excellent facility services for a variety of businesses across the UK. This position will be covering the London area.

As the Air Conditioning Engineer, you will complete PPM’s, reactive works and breakdowns within a commercial environment, providing excellent service ensuring you are complying with H&S regulations, Risk Assessment, F-Gas, Low Voltage Safe Systems of Work etc.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a professional service and represent the company in a way which ensures customer satisfaction
• Undertake contractor control duties on behalf of the client, including monitoring of contractors and their workmanship, so that relevant standards are met
• Carry out occasional planned night working as per PPM schedule and issue permits to work when required
• Provide out of hour’s callout response for the client as detailed on the callout rota

Professional and personal competencies/qualifications

• Air Conditioning City and Guilds qualifications or NVQ qualifications
• Hold a 2079 Safe Handling of Refrigerants Certificate (Category 1)
• Previous experience within Facility Services/Building Management
