Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of Sales Brokers, fostering a culture of high performance and client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed targets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with global brand standards.
- Actively participate in the sales process, providing guidance and support to the team.
