Hours: 7.30am – 4.30pm + overtime
Location: Leicester
Our client are looking for an Air Conditioning Engineer to join their maintenance team supporting a retail contract in Leicester.
The Air Conditioning Engineer would be responsible for undertaking HVAC and building maintenance works including PPM servicing, fault-finding and reactive breakdown repairs to Air Conditioning building services systems and infrastructure.
You will also rectifying hot/cold issues by adjusting BMS systems.
The Air Conditioning Engineer will also complete jobs mechanical maintenance duties on belts, motors, valves etc.
Additionally, you will carry out minor installation work and will be comfortable engaging with stakeholders providing them fault diagnostics where necessary.
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven building maintenance experience
- Recognised NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning
- F-GAS 2079 CAT1
- Be able to work at height, on roofs, up steps and ladders and in MEWPs
- Ability to work with and control of the CAFM system via iPad
