SalaryAn experienced Air Freight Imports Coordinator is required to join this established business. Working for a dedicated, friendly, supportive team you will manage Import Air Freight bookings for their dedicated Customer base.
Key duties will include:
- Completing Air import shipments from pre-alert stage to delivery and billing out, following established workflow processes.
- Using the CDS system to perform import declarations for Air shipments.
- Processing all necessary Imports documentation
- Dealing professionally, effectively and timely with all customer queries ensuring problem solving and issue resolution to the customer’s satisfaction.
To be successful in this role you will have strong Air Freight Imports experience, a drive to be successful, strong communication, initiative and problem solving skills.
