Imports Coordinator - Ocean Freight

An experienced Ocean FreightImports Coordinator is required to join this established business. Working for a dedicated, friendly, supportive team you will manage Import Ocean Freight bookings for their dedicated Customer base.

Key duties will include:

• Managing FCL and LCL Import bookings on behalf of customers.
• Liaising with overseas agents and suppliers regarding the timely shipment of client’s consignments (LCL and FCL)
• Ensuring the correct shipment procedures are accurately carried out together with the production of all necessary Import documentation, customs entries and associated data management.
• Arranging import deliveries and shipment releases
• Dealing professionally, effectively and timely with all customer queries ensuring problem solving and issue resolution to the customer’s satisfaction.

Candidates will have good Ocean freight imports experience, a drive to be successful, great attention to detail, strong communication and problem solving skills. The company offers good benefits, is staff focused and can offer exposure to other areas of Freight to expand your skill set.
