My client offers a wide range of building inspection services to both residential and commercial sectors. They support their clients at every stage of the building process, starting from the pre-design phase and ending with the completion handover. Furthermore, they strongly adhere to environmental and sustainability principles and focus on implementing eco-friendly and sustainable designs and strategies to ensure that their clients meet all the necessary British standards and building regulations.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Holds a Full UK driving license
- Level 1 or Level 2 ATTMA certification
- Proficient in key modelling and IT software packages
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Thorough understanding of building regulations and construction industry guidelines
Duties/Reasonability
- Active involvement with construction site teams
- Advising clients on the appropriate remedial options in case of failure
- Analysing and interpreting results during testing
- Creating compliance reports after the testing process
- Effective communication with clients and site agents
- Identifying potential issues and/or weaknesses in the building design
- Performing pre-test audits
