ALN Teaching Assistant

Tradewind Recruitment is actively seeking a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join our team in Bridgend, starting ASAP. If you have experience in working closely with individual students to enhance their learning experience, we want to hear from you!

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with teachers to tailor learning plans for individual students.

· Provide one-on-one support to students, reinforcing and adapting classroom instructions.

· Assist in the creation of specialised learning materials to meet unique learning needs.

· Foster a positive and inclusive environment for the supported student.

· Work closely with teaching staff to monitor and assess the student's progress.

Requirements:

· Previous experience as a 1:1 Teaching Assistant is essential.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Adaptability to cater to the specific needs and learning style of the supported student.

· Confidence in managing individualised instruction and promoting a positive learning atmosphere.

· Eagerness to contribute to the overall success of the student in Bridgend.
