Contract: Fixed Term (2 Years) Job Overview: With an alumni community of over 30,000 graduates from over 120 countries from across the globe, University College Birmingham is looking to recruit an Alumni Engagement Manager to lead our Alumni Engagement activity. The Alumni Engagement Manager is a new role and will support in the development of our Alumni Engagement Strategy and lead on the operational delivery of our Alumni Engagement activities and our alumni offer. The post holder will have responsibility to drive forward our activity, whilst working in a collegiate environment with school and departmental stakeholders. The role acts as our central point for internal and external stakeholder engagement and championing Alumni Engagement across the University. The Alumni Engagement Manager will develop and implement a dynamic programme of events, volunteering opportunities and communications, to support and engage our diverse global alumni community. The role requires experience of alumni relations and engagement within the HE sector or equivalent, a strong communicator with experience of developing and delivering a multi-channel communication and engagement plan, and skills in ROI reporting and data analysis to demonstrate the impact of our work.
