Candidates will be involved in the day-to-day management of a range of listed clients as well as working on transactions for these businesses including Capital Raising and M&A as well as more general strategic advisory work.
Applications are sought from candidates with UK Investment banking or Corporate Broking / Corporate Finance experience gained at either a recognised Investment Bank or UK broker looking for a new challenge. Candidates with a strong desire to work in Corporate Broking form wider Equities or Advisory/IB can also be considered.
