About our client
Our client is a London-based investor and corporate Advisory Firm with a broad mandate and footprint across Europe and the US. The firm invests across a range of sectors, with their advisory strategy focusing on supporting entrepreneurs and business owners as they look to scale their businesses or add liquidity. The flexible nature of the mandate also allows for Private Equity style investments. The team is small, yet dynamic, with a culture based on entrepreneurialism, ambition and collaboration that fosters personal development. They are looking to add an analyst and an associate to their growing London team.
Our client is looking for an ambitious, driven and diligent individual to work across both sides of the business. From the outset, you can expect to be involved in the advisory work, investment opportunities and portfolio and client management.
What the job involves

• Executing deals drive the firm's investment vehicle
• Cross-sector financial and strategic analysis on both the advisory and investment side
• Performing detailed due diligences, engaging in portfolio management and managing internal processes

Who we are looking for

• You will have Analyst/Associate-level experience within investment banking or corporate finance
• You will have strong technical skills, clear drive and an entrepreneurial mindset, with a genuine interest in both investment and advisory
• You will have an interest in working in a small, dynamic and growing team
• Native or C1 German language skills are strongly preferred
• You will have strong academic credentials from a leading university
