SalaryWe are currently working with a leading investment manager who are looking to hire a junior investment professional into their growing Real Estate Secondaries team. What the job involves
- Contribute across the full investment process as you support the team in reviewing and executing investments
- Support the execution team in the financial modelling and commercial due diligence process
- Articulate your thoughts on investment opportunities with confidence and ability to back your views
- Assist in managing the existing European portfolio
- Interacting with external parties, as well as other internal team members, to identify new opportunities
- Experience in a Real Estate team of an investment bank or fund, with experience in modelling, structuring and underwriting transactions
- Demonstrable interest in and knowledge of the secondaries market
- A keen interest in Real Estate as a specialization
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
