As the Annual Review and PEP Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for organising the meetings and reviews for learners with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities(SEND), particularly those requiring High Needs support and Looked After Children.
You will work closely with the Learning Support Manager in the dynamic and fast paced, Learner Services department, to ensure that all records are correctly maintained and updated.
You will be responsible for planning and coordinating the Annual Review process for learners with Education, Health, and Care (EHC)plans.
You will be responsible for planning and coordinating the Personal Education Plan (PEP) process for learners who are Looked After Children.
You will facilitate the reviews and meetings ensuring external stakeholders are present.
You will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and collate information needed.
You will ensure SCL are meeting their statutory obligations in this context regarding vulnerable learners.
