The role of Planning Coordinator includes:-
- Scheduling planned and provisional engineer visits, nationally
- Liaising with the commercial team to ensure all payments have been received before work begins
- Liaising with the client to ensure they are updated with schedules, access needs etc
- Liaising with the service administrator to ensure all subcontractors/parts/accommodations etc have been booked correctly
- Supporting the Service Manager to ensure all Major Client shutdown works are allocated correctly
- Ensuring all service engineers are being utilised effectively
- Being the main point of contact for your national engineers for scheduling queries
To be considered for the role of Planning Coordinator, you should:-
- Have previous experience of working within a process-driven scheduling role
- Be organised and able to use your own initiative
- Have previous experience within a scheduling / planning role, ideally within maintenance or engineering
