Based in Shanghai, APAC Sector HQ office, this role will be accountable for managing sector relationships, deploying Global Infrastructure solutions developed by Capability teams, managing field support, ensuring incident prevention, executing AOP, identifying cost reductions, and ensuring IT compliance.
ResponsibilitiesIndividual accountabilities:
- Build strong partnerships with Sector & BU teams and collaborate with Infrastructure, Cloud, and IT Operations Capability Teams to meet sector-specific IT service requirements.
- Accountable for deploying & scaling Infrastructure solutions, including cybersecurity, workplace services, network connectivity, computing, TLM, video conferencing, and Telecom services in alignment with global standards.
- Direct Oversight and accountable for the end-user field services and support;
- Responsible for Multi-clouds in China: including Azure Cloud, Ali Cloud…etc.
- Closely work with the Global ITSM Team (Common Services) to ensure proactive actions (Forward Change Schedule, DR Tests, etc.) are planned and implemented to prevent incidents and outages, confirm the business impact for Critical Incidents and comply with PepsiCo’s ITSM processes.
- Accountable for the sector CTO AOP execution, identifying and implementing cost reduction opportunities in partnership with Global Infrastructure Capability Teams and Sector Deployment Teams, Procurement, and Finance; managing the AOP baseline, including local contracts and vendors.
- Accountable for compliance with IT General Controls (ITGC), Audits, and security policies; Manages all key metrics to ensure service level targets are met.

- Actively partner with Capability leads to incorporate sector perspectives, complexities, and future requirements during the design and build phase.
- Prioritize projects while considering the requirements of other sectors to ensure alignment and efficiency.
- Enhance operational stability and cost effectiveness by ensuring internal and external partners meet or exceed SLAs, while balancing service and cost optimization.
- Mitigate risks and ensure compliance in partnership with business owners and global S&T transformation and capability teams.
- Minimum 10+ years IT support experience at a company of similar size and complexity of the APAC Sector and China tech environment within PepsiCo
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese
- Financial Management experience including AOP, forecasting and estimating business requests Time & Material and/or Statement of Work (SOW) creation and maintenance with Vendor negotiations included

- Vendor Management skills including multiple supplier vendor management; defining and managing SLAs for applications program and vendor delivery
- Project and Program Management skills including interaction with business partners, Infrastructure, cloud and IT Operations teams as well as IT Operations Support teams; PMO experience
