Jonathan Lee Recruitment is looking for an experienced and collaborative App Product Owner to join our client's inclusive and friendly team. This is a 12-month contract role based in Cranfield that comes with a PAYE rate of GBP27.00 per hour.

As an App Product Owner, you will conduct comprehensive benchmark studies to analyse the latest industry trends, emerging business models and technology opportunities. You will also evaluate and compare competitor solutions, customer journeys and best practices to gain valuable insights and lessons.

Your duties will include:

• Collect and analyse raw customer feedback data and continually refine a customer feedback analysis template to generate actionable insights and recommendations
• Improve the app's user experience, aligning it with customer behaviour and preferences
• Work with cross-functional teams to create detailed test cases for app features
• Support local testing of global features in the app to ensure compatibility, usability, and quality meet standards

To apply for this App Product Owner role, you will need an engineering or computer science degree and experience as a Product Owner in the IT Industry. You will also require the following:

• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall processes
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Knowledge of vehicle electrical and electronic architecture is desirable
• Being able to speak Japanese is desirable
