We’re seeking a highly skilled and experienced Application Support Manager to enhance our IT support team as well as manage both vendor relationships and internal IT operations to ensure seamless technology support across the organization.
Location: London (Mainly Remote)
Day Rate: £400-450 Outside IR35
Duration: 12 Months
The ideal candidate will possess advanced knowledge of Microsoft O365, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to manage and resolve complex technical issues.
Ideally you’ll have;
* Demonstrated ability to ensure vendor performance aligns with commercial agreements and contractual obligations.
* Demonstrated capability to act as a liaison between application support vendors, product delivery teams, and business departments
* Experience in developing and implementing continuous improvement plans for vendor governance.
* Proven leadership experience in managing internal IT support teams.
* Demonstrated experience in providing end-user support, particularly to executive staff.
* Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with O365, including SharePoint and Exchange Online.
* Strong background in managing technical support teams, including hiring, training, and performance management.
