Role - Systems Administrator / Application Support – Retail / Ecommerce / Ticketing / WMS
Location Richmond, Surrey / SW London - 2 days in the office & flex around core hours of 9 - 3pm (36 hr week)
Salary to 37.5K (possible review in april) + 11% Employer Pension contribution and a range of benefits
The Role
This is a really varied role where you and a colleague would take responsibility for key applications for a major tourist destination these would include: Ticketing, Retail / Ecommerce and Warehouse Management and Supply chain.
Duties would range from...
Systems administration managing users permissions changing prices, promotions or maybe updating stock.
Supporting / Troubleshooting the systems and providing user support. Working with system suppliers when required.
Manual / User testing of new releases / updates to the system
Supporting the user community with training when required
Provide system generated reporting from systems when required
