Working in our IT team, we are currently looking to recruit an Application Support Analyst for Regulatory Services. The role will provide day to day management of key software used by various services including Environmental Health and Licensing. This will include providing advice and support to users and actively seeking ways to develop and maximise use of the systems for efficiency. As the services are in the early stages of migrating to a new software platform, this is an exciting time to join the team and this role will play a key part in that programme of work.
The ideal candidate should be proficient in use of similar software with an analytical approach to problem solving. Bringing solid knowledge and appropriate qualifications, candidates should be able to translate complex system information for best use by the customer.
The role is full time, ideally working Monday to Friday. However, the Council is committed to providing a flexible working environment and can agree a suitable schedule with the right candidate.
