The Role
This is an excellent Application Support Engineer, working for a company with a growing reputation in their field. The Application Support Engineer will have experience supporting bespoke applications, strong communication and customer service skills, and ideally some experience in bug fixing. The applications Support Engineer will be providing support to users of the company’s bespoke application.
The Company
The Application Support Engineer to join a growing software development company. Working in a collaborative, team-centric environment, the Application Support Engineer will be working hybrid remote, with two days per week from their Wimbledon office.

What’s Required?
The Ideal candidate for the role will have some of the following:
Previous experience in Application Support, ideally of bespoke applications
Having good people skills, with experience in customer facing roles is a must
Any knowledge or experience of Telephony applications would be a plus
Some technical knowledge or experience bug fixing would also be beneficial
