We are looking for a customer service driven Appointment Setter to join our Redditch based client on a permanent basis.
My client, a national organisation and a market leader in their field have a new opportunity for a customer service driven Appointment Setter to join their team.
With previous experience in a sales or customer service based role you will deal with incoming sales enquiries and also make outbound calls to warm leads such as online enquiries to generate high quality appointments for the company sales advisors.
Although sales-based this role requires a customer service driven approach, developing relationships with prospective customers and demonstrating the companies strong customer service approach from the very first point of contact.
Key duties include:
- Generate high quality appointments for Sales Advisors from inbound calls.
- Outbound follow-up calls in response to online and previous enquiries.
- Effective recording of information on the companies CRM system.
- Ensuring brochures are distributed in a timely manner.
- Diary management for field based Sales Advisors.
The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience in a telesales-based environment, identifying customers’ needs through effective questioning, overcoming objections and working towards sales targets although this is not essential. With a professional and friendly telephone manner you will deliver high levels of customer service throughout, building rapport with customers and following up when necessary.
This is a full time, office based, permanent position working core hours of 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. You will be required to work one in eight Saturdays with a day off in lieu and there is an expectation to work 10am to 7pm when required.
My client is offering a competitive basic salary of £25k with an excellent realistic OTE of £30k+.
